        On April 27th, 2013, the 10th Anniversary Ceremony of Peace Tour and the International Art Exhibition of Peace Art Masters was held at the Golden Hall of the Great Hall of the People. This event was hosted by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC, Ministry of Culture of the PRC and People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, co-hosted by SCO Committee of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation and Chinese International Culture Association, and organized by Beijing International Creative Industry Corporation and Beijing Peace Tour Cultural Exchange Center. Liu Yandong, member of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, Cai Wu, Minister of Culture, Li Zhaoxing, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yu Hongjun, Vice Minister of International Department, Central Committee of CPC, Chen Ping, Vice Chairman of Beijing Committee of CPPCC, Le Yucheng, Assistant of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gong Xinhan, former Minister of Publicity Department, Central Committee of CPC attended the ceremony. The exhibition was also attended by over 70 global-renowned artists and leaders from Europe, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Since its foundation in 2003, Peace Tour has visited over 40 countries and regions, held 20 successful cultural exchange activities and established cooperative relations with foreign governments, leaders and art institutes, as adhering to the tenet of preserving the common cultural heritage of mankind and promoting the peaceful development of international society. The 10th Anniversary Ceremony is a review of what Peace Tour has experienced and achieved in the past 10 years, whereafter looking forward to the future where Peace Tour will be committed to unite more peace-loving artists globally and create a world-class art communication platform internationally.

    2004 Peace Tour to Cambodia

    The first delegation of Peace Tour to Cambodia under the lead of Mr. Liu Dawei and Mr. Shao Changchun was given a cordial reception by King Norodom Sihamoni. Members of the delegation were honored Royal Culture Award by Prince Norodom Sirivudh. Peace Tour Committee presented the title of Global Chinese Friends to King Norodom Sihamoni. The delegation donated paints and rice to local art schools.

    2005 Peace Tour to Cambodia

    Peace Tour delegation was given a cordial reception by Prince Norodom Ranariddh. Peace Tour artists sketched views of Cambodia and communicated with local art institutes, art academies and people. Cambodia artists received donation of paint and rice from Peace Tour delegation.

    October 2006, Peace Tour to Russia.

    Peace Tour delegation made visits and communication with local art academies and galleries. Russian World War II Veterans Association, Children Department of Tretyakov Gallery and Moscow children received donation from Peace Tour.

  • 2009

    June 2009, Peace Tour to Kyrgyzstan.

    Otunbayeva, then Vice-premier of Kyrgyzstan, met with members of Peace Tour delegation. The delegation donated vaccine and medicine to Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan, and paint and bags to local children welfare organization.


    Octobor 2009, Peace Tour to Russia

    Peace Tour delegation was given a cordial reception by Maniluowa, then Vice Mayor of St.Petersburg and Avdeyev, then Russian Culture Minister. The delegation made a visit to Repin Academy of Fine Arts and held an academic seminar there. Peace Tour also donated the academy paint and computers.

    April 2010,Silk Road-- Peace Tour

    Outdoor sketch and arts collection activities of international artists named “Silk Road--Peace Tour” was held in many southern China cities, including Shanghai, Suzhou, Yangzhou.


    June 2010, Peace Tour to Uzbekistan

    Peace Tour delegation held art exhibition “Silk Road--Peace Tour” in Uzbekistan Design & Art Gallery. Hu Jintao, then President of China met with members of the delegation.


    December 2010, Peace Tour to Southeast Asia--Cambodia, Laos and Singapore

    Peace Tour delegation was given a reception by King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia and Chairman Choummaly of Laos. The delegation made donations to the three countries, including rice, paint, computers and T-shirts.

    June 2011, Peace Tour to Kazakhstan

    Peace Tour delegation held Peace Tour Art Exhibition for the 10th Anniversary of SCO in the capital city of Kazakhstan, Astana. Hu Jintao, then President of China met with members of the delegation. Kazakhstan Artists Association received donation of computers from Peace Tour delegation.

    June 2012, Harmony International Art Exhibition

    Peace Tour held the awarding ceremony and international art exhibition of 2012 Beijing Summit of the SCO Harmony at Great Hall of the People. Dai Bingguo, then State Councilor of the PRC, and Emomali Rahmon, president of Republic of Tajikistan presented at the ceremony and awarded Silk Road Humane Cooperation Award to winners.

    March 2013 Blend Chinese-European Artists Group Exhibition

    Peace Tour hosted Chinese-European Artists Group Exhibition Blend in Belgium, and got highly praise from local government officials and news media.
